We then schedule a personal meeting - either online for international clients, or in person at a location convenient for you in the Netherlands. This is the first step in crafting a journey designed exclusively around you.

Following our initial meeting, we begin the meticulous curation of your itinerary. Throughout this process, you will remain in close contact with your dedicated travel architect. An initial proposal is shared via our state-of-the-art online platform, awaiting any feedback you may have. The itinerary evolves continuously, with updates and refinements, until every detail reflects your vision perfectly.

itinerary acceptance
Once the itinerary is finalised and approved, you gain access to our secure online guest portal. Here, you will find all vouchers, important travel information, packing lists, tips, and recommendations. Your travel architect remains in contact up to departure and, if desired, throughout your trip, ensuring a smooth, personalised experience every step of the way.
